I like to travel light wherever I go, hence my love for hip bags. Unfortunately, a lot of hip bags (aka fanny packs) nowadays are a bit too old school for me. I needed something that I could clip into my belt to hold a few items as an alternative to carrying a backpack or a handbag.

The design of the bag is fairly simple and is large enough to fit a couple of documents (passports, IDs), spare change and a phone in there.

The making of the bag. Always start out with a paper model

One side stitching complete. Looks like a toast holder.

Finished good. Vegetable tan leather, hand cut and hand sewn.

I’m bringing fanny (packs) back, yeah!
